Section XIII-3103 - Applicability and ScopeA. These regulations shall apply to all insurance carriers, health maintenance organizations, employers, health care providers and individuals that apply to cover or to be covered by the Louisiana Basic Health Insurance Pilot Program (LA Health).La.
