Section XI-4915 - [Effective until 11/11/2024] Premium OffsetA. All insurers subject to Emergency Rule 49 receiving a claim from an insured owing a premium may offset the premium owed by the insured against any claim payment made to the insured under the insurance policy. Section §4915 shall not apply to health insurance issuers as defined in §4901.C.La. Admin. Code tit. 37, § XI-4915
