Section XI-4801 - PurposeA. The purpose and intent of Emergency Rule 48 is to exercise the authority and carry out the duties and responsibilities of the commissioner for implementation and regulation of the Insure Louisiana Incentive Program, hereinafter referred to as the "Incentive Program." Emergency Rule 48 sets forth rules and procedural requirements which the commissioner deems necessary for participation in the Incentive Program by qualified property insurers.La. Admin.
