Section XI-321 - SeverabilityA. If any of the provisions of this rule are held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions which can be given effect with the invalid item, and to this end the provisions of this rule are hereby declared severable.La. Admin. Code tit. 37, § XI-321
