Section XI-319 - Penalty for Non-ComplianceA. Non-compliance with the provisions of this rule may result in suspension, revocation, or non-renewal of the Certificate of Authority issued by the Commissioner of Insurance pursuant to the provisions of Act 462 of the 1979 Session of the Louisiana Legislature.La.
