A. The purpose of this amendment to Rule 4 is to provide for the expansion of the types of investments in which an Interlocal Risk Management Agency could invest to include selected investments permitted under R.S. 33:2955 and to adopt provisions and uniform guidelines for their interpretation as authorized specifically by Act 462 of the 1979 Session of the Legislature. This Rule is designed to facilitate and implement the provisions of that Act. It is intended to supplement, not alter in any manner, the provisions of the Act.La. Admin. Code tit. 37, § XI-301
