Section XI-1713 - Penalty for Non-ComplianceA. Non-compliance with the provisions of this rule may result in the suspension, revocation or non-renewal of the Certificate of Authority issued by the Commissioner of Insurance pursuant to the provisions of Act 520 of the 1978 Regular Session of the Louisiana Legislature.La.
