Section XI-1129 - Witnesses to be SwornA. All persons testifying at any hearing before the commissioner shall stand and be administered the following oath by the commissioner: "Do you swear or affirm to tell the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth in this matter now being heard so help you God."
