Rule 875-5.14 - Notice of hearing

(1)Service. Upon request for a hearing as provided in this chapter, or upon the commissioner's own initiative, the labor commissioner shall serve, or cause to be served, a reasonable notice of hearing.

(2)Contents. A notice of hearing served under 5.14(1) shall include:

a. The time, place, and nature of the hearing;

b. The legal authority imder which the hearing is to be held; and

c. A specification of issues of fact and law.
