Rule 281-19.8 - [Effective 11/6/2024] Charter school contract

Iowa Code section 256E.6 governs contracts with approved charter schools. A contract may be amended by the founding group and the state board after the founding group complies with subrule 19.5(2) with reference to the proposed amendment.
