Rule 281-19.16 - [Effective until 11/6/2024] Operation of existing charter schools

Charter schools established pursuant to Iowa Code chapter 256F and 281-Chapter 68 prior to July 1, 2021, shall continue to operate pursuant to those chapters and shall not be subject to the requirements of this chapter and of Iowa Code chapter 256E.
