Rule 281-19.15 - [Effective 11/6/2024] Operation of existing charter schools

Charter schools established pursuant to Iowa Code chapter 256F continue to operate pursuant to that Iowa Code chapter and are not subject to the requirements of this division or Iowa Code chapter 256E.
