Section 847 IAC 1-2-7 - Reporting violations

Sec. 7.

(a) The license holder shall notify the board or other appropriate authorities of any violations of IC 25-21.8 or this article of which the license holder has personal knowledge.
(b) The license holder shall cooperate, within the limits of the law, with any investigative proceedings of alleged violations of IC 25-21.8 or this article.
