Section 3 CCR 702-6-1-1-4 - Definitions
A. "Carrier" shall have the same meaning as found at § 10-16-102(8), C.R.S.
B. "Policy of sickness and accident insurance" shall have the same meaning as found at § 10-16-102(50), C.R.S.
