Section 1 CCR 212-3-3-755 - Advertising: Event SponsorshipA. A Medical Marijuana Business may sponsor a charitable, sports, or similar event, but a Medical Marijuana Business shall not engage in Advertising at, or in connection with, such an event unless the Medical Marijuana Business has reliable evidence that 71.6 percent of the audience at the event and/or viewing Advertising in connection with the event is reasonably expected to be at least the age of 21.B.
