Section 420.100 - Location of Housing FacilitiesThe operator shall locate housing facilities only
(A) Where an approved water supply is available;(B) Where approved sewage disposal facilities are provided;(C) Where drainage conditions will not create a health or safety hazard;(D) Where traffic conditions will not create a safety hazard;(E) In buildings other than those used to house livestock or poultry; and(F) Where farm or other activities do not create excessive noise which would endanger health.
