Section 102-118.415 - Can the Administrator of General Services exempt the transportation postpayment audit requirement?

Yes. The Administrator of General Services or designee may exempt, for a specified time, an agency or subagency from the GSA transportation postpayment audit oversight requirements of this subpart. The Administrator can also exempt a particular mode or modes of transportation ( 31 U.S.C. 3726 ).
