Section 100018.01 - [Operative 1/1/2025] Director RequirementsEach training program shall have an approved program director who shall be qualified by education and experience in methods, materials, and evaluation of instruction. Duties of the program director shall include but not be limited to:
(a) Administering the training program.(b) Approving course content.(c) Approving all written and skills examinations.(d) Coordinating all instructional activities related to the course.(e) Approving and monitoring instructor training.(f) Approving, monitoring, and evaluating all instructors and affiliate program directors.(g) Notifying in writing their affiliate programs of all policies, curriculum changes, and regulations that are issued by the EMS Authority.(h) Assuring that all aspects of the training program are in compliance with this Chapter and other related laws.Cal.
