Section 1724.9 - Underground Gas Storage Projects. [Repealed]

Cal. Code Regs. Tit. 14, § 1724.9

1. New section filed 2-17-78; effective thirtieth day thereafter (Register 78, No. 7).
2. Editorial correction of NOTE filed 12-28-84; effective thirtieth day thereafter (Register 84, No. 52).
3. Change without regulatory effect amending first paragraph filed 12-26-2006 pursuant to section 100, title 1, California Code of Regulations (Register 2006, No. 52).
4. Amendment of section heading, section and NOTE filed 2-5-2016 as an emergency; operative 2-5-2016 (Register 2016, No. 6). A Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL by 8-3-2016 or emergency language will be repealed by operation of law on the following day.
5. Amendment of section heading, section and NOTE refiled 8-1-2016 as an emergency; operative 8-1-2016 (Register 2016, No. 32). A Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL by 10-31-2016 or emergency language will be repealed by operation of law on the following day.
6. Amendment of section heading, section and NOTE refiled 10-31-2016 as an emergency; operative 10-31-2016 (Register 2016, No. 45). A Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL by 1-30-2017 or emergency language will be repealed by operation of law on the following day.
7. Change without regulatory effect amending NOTE filed 1-3-2017 pursuant to section 100, title 1, California Code of Regulations (Register 2017, No. 1). Pursuant to Senate Bill 887 (Stats. 2016, Ch. 673, Sec. 6), which shall remain in effect only until January 1, 2019, this section shall remain in effect until the adoption, amendment, or repeal of the regulations is promulgated by the Division of Oil, Gas, and Geothermal Resources in the Department of Conservation pursuant to Chapter 3.5 of Part 1 of Division 3 of Title 2 of the Government Code.
8. Certificate of Compliance as to 10-31-2016 order, as extended by Senate Bill 887 (Stats. 2016, Ch. 673, Sec. 6), effectively repealing section, section heading, and NOTE, transmitted to OAL 5-16-2018 and filed 6-28-2018; operative 10-1-2018 (Register 2018, No. 26).
