MICHAEL RYAN ZIMMERMAN, Appellant v. THE STATE OF TEXAS, Appellee

On Appeal from the County Court at Law No. 2 Collin County, Texas
Trial Court Cause No. 002-85403-2014

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Before Justices Fillmore, Myers, and Whitehill
Opinion by Justice Myers

Michael Ryan Zimmerman was convicted of assault causing bodily injury and sentenced to 300 days' confinement in jail. See TEX. PENAL CODE ANN. §§ 12.21(2), 22.01(a)(1), (b) (West 2011 & Supp. 2015). We adopted the trial court's finding that appellant no longer desires to pursue the appeal, and we ordered the appeal submitted without the reporter's record and briefs. See TEX. R. APP. P. 37.3(c), 38.8(b)(4). Absent briefs, no issues are before us. Finding no fundamental error, we affirm the trial court's judgment.
