In an action for divorce, the defendant husband appeals from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated May 25, 1970, as directed him to pay plaintiff $90 per week for her support pendente lite. Order reversed insofar as appealed from and so much of plaintiff's motion as was for support for herself pendente lite is referred to the trial court, with $10 costs and disbursements. In our opinion, the question of support of plaintiff pendente lite in this case should be determined by the trial court. The case is one which should be processed for trial promptly. Rabin, Acting P.J., Hopkins, Martuscello, Brennan and Benjamin, JJ., concur.
