STIPULATION AND ORDER TO DISMISS WITH PREJUDICE

IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED by and between the parties, through their respective counsel, that Plaintiff's ERIC WATSON, ALEX OWEN, STEPHEN BASDEN, and MICHAEL KRTVAK's causes of action be dismissed with prejudice as to Defendants LAS VEGAS METROPOLITAN POLICE DEPARTMENT, OFFICER ALAN HTRJAK and

OFFICER CHRISTOPHER BRINKLEY, and all parties are to bear their own costs and attorneys fees.

All other Plaintiffs and Defendants referenced in the caption were previously dismissed with prejudice.
