On Appeal from the 10th District Court, Galveston County, Texas, Trial Court Cause No. 03CR2094.
Panel consists of Justices NUCHIA, KEYES, and HANKS.
After his pretrial motion to suppress evidence was denied, appellant, Darrell Eugene Venzant, pleaded guilty to possession of cocaine in an amount of more than one gram but less than four grams, with two enhancements. Pursuant to a plea bargain agreement, the trial court assessed appellant's punishment at 15 years' confinement in jail. In his sole issue, appellant contends that the trial court erred in denying his motion to suppress evidence seized during his arrest. We affirm.
