ORDER


This matter coming to be heard on the motion of the United States, by agreement and stipulation of the parties, and the court finding that it has jurisdiction over the subject matter and the parties, and that the allegations of the complaint and the motion for entry of consent judgment are well taken, it is hereby

ORDERED that judgment is entered in favor of the United States, and against the defendant, Russell john Laspisa, in the amount of $15,000 plus interest accruing thereafter at the applicable legal post-judgment rate pursuant to the stipulation for entry of consent judgment filed herein by the parties; and it is

FURTHER ORDERED that the defendant, Russell John Laspisa, shall never own or operate a pharmacy after May 22, 2003, and that the defendant shall never act as the pharmacist-in-charge at any medical or pharmaceutical facility after May 22, 2003.
