ORDER

This matter is before the court on Fred Edwards' and Miguel Flores' objections to the Government's motion to continue the sentencing hearings. For the reasons set forth at the April 4, 2003 hearing, the court ORDERS:

1. Mr. Flores' sentencing date remains on May 22, 2003 at 2:30pm The Government is to submit its objections to the draft pre-sentence report by April 11, 2003 Mr. Flores is to respond to the Government's objections by April 25, 2003.

2. Mr. Edwards' sentencing date remains on May 20, 2003 at 4:00pm. The Probation Officer will submit a presentence report on April 11, 2003. Both counsel have until April 25, 2003, to file objections to the draft report. Counsel have the option to respond to the objections, but if they are responding, must do so by May 9, 2003.

3. Mr. Roger Scowcroft, attorney for Mr. Edwards, and Ms. Leshia Lee-Dixon, Assistant United States Attorney, are to meet to discuss and resolve the issue of discovery requested by Mr. Scowcroft.
