April 21, 1958.

Argued March 24, 1958. Before JONES, C. J., BELL, CHIDSEY, MUSMANNO, ARNOLD and COHEN, JJ.

Appeals, Nos. 42 and 52, March T., 1958, from decree of Orphans' Court of Allegheny County of October 16, 1957, in re estate of W. L. Trimble, deceased, allowing counsel fees and denying motion to disqualify counsel. Decree affirmed.

Proceedings on petition for allowance of counsel fees. Before COX, J.

Adjudication entered allowing counsel fee of $12,000 and expenses in amount of $127.30, and refusing motion to disqualify counsel; exceptions to adjudication dismissed and final decree entered, before COX, RAHAUSER and WOLK JJ., opinion by COX, J., dissenting opinion by RAHAUSER, J. Exceptants appealed.

Ella Graubart and Thomas E. Whitten, with them Patterson, Crawford, Arensberg Dunn, for appellants.

John C. Hanna, with him John A. Metz, Jr., and Metz, McClure, Hanna MacAlister, for appellees.

The opinion for the court en banc correctly disposed of the appellants' contentions so adequately that nothing is to be gained by further judicial discussion of the legal issues raised on these appeals.
