Judgment affirmed, without costs of this appeal to either party. (See Todd v. Board of Educ. of City of Syracuse, 272 App. Div. 618, affd. 297 N.Y. 873.) All concur. (Appeal from a judgment of Onondaga County Court, BREED, J., affirming a judgment of Syracuse Municipal Court, SKERRITT, J., dismissing plaintiff's complaint, in an action to recover an alleged unpaid balance of plaintiff's salary as a teacher in defendant's schools.)
