MEMORANDUM OPINION

PER CURIAM.

Ramon Tamez entered a negotiated guilty plea to the offense of aggravated sexual assault of a child. See Tex. Pen. Code Ann. § 22.021 (Vernon Supp. 2004). Pursuant to the plea agreement, the trial court judge sentenced appellant to thirty-five years imprisonment. We have received the trial court's certification stating appellant does not have the right to appeal. See 25.2(d). Accordingly, we dismiss the appeal for want of jurisdiction.
