In an action to recover damages for libel, order denying defendants' motion to dismiss each of the two separate causes of action set forth in the complaint, on the ground that they do not state facts sufficient to constitute a cause of action, insofar as appealed from, affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements, with leave to defendants to answer within ten days from the entry of the order hereon. No opinion. Close, P.J., Hagarty, Johnston, Adel and Lewis, JJ., concur.
