PRESENT:

Respondents having moved for an extension of time to file and serve briefs on the appeal taken herein from an order of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Erie on February 26, 2018,

Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Nancy A. Long, Esq., dated August 21, 2018, the affirmation of Michael H. Ranzenhofer, Esq., dated August 23, 2018, and the notices of motion and cross motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motions are granted on the condition that respondents' briefs are filed and served on or before September 24, 2018, and the Clerk is directed to accept the briefs for filing, and

It is further ORDERED that reply briefs, if any, shall be filed and served on or before October 9, 2018.
