Appealed from the Third Judicial District Court Anderson County, Texas.
Panel consisted of WORTHEN, C.J., GRIFFITH, J., and HOYLE, J.
Gerardo Sanchez appeals his conviction for two counts of driving while intoxicated with a child passenger. Appellant pleaded guilty and the trial court assessed his sentence at two years of confinement in a state jail facility and a fine of $2,500.00. The court suspended the sentence and placed Appellant on community supervision for five years. Subsequently, the State moved to revoke community supervision. Appellant pleaded true to the allegations in the motion. The trial court revoked Appellant's community supervision and sentenced him to two years of confinement in a state jail facility. Appellant's counsel filed a motion to withdraw and a brief in support of that motion in compliance with Anders v. California , 386 U.S. 738, 87 S. Ct. 1396, 18 L. Ed. 2d 493 (1967) and Gainous v. State , 436 S.W.2d 137 (Tex. Crim. App. 1969). We dismiss Appellant's appeal.
