In an action for a judgment declaring that certain property is in a business zone, and for other relief, the appeal is from so much of an order as denied in part appellant's motion to examine respondents before trial by persons having knowledge of the facts. Order insofar as appealed from affirmed, without costs. No opinion. Nolan, P.J., Beldock, Christ and Brennan, JJ., concur; Pette, J., not voting.
