Respondent-appellant having moved for a stay of enforcement of orders of the Family Court, Erie County, entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on December 10, 2013, and December 13, 2013, pending the hearing and determination of the appeals taken herein, and for other relief,

Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Nicole Rizzo, sworn to December 23, 2013, the affirmation of Catharine M. Venzon, Esq., dated December 30, 2013, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, the statement of Kevin P. Shelby, Esq., dated January 16, 2014, and the statement of Kevin C. Condon, Esq., dated January 16, 2014, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is in all respects denied and the appeals are dismissed on the ground that the orders appealed from are not orders of disposition appealable as of right (see Family Court Act § 1112 [a]).
