No. 2006-07196.

November 25, 2008.

Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (Ort, J.), rendered August 26, 2005, convicting her of robbery in the first degree, upon her plea of guilty, and imposing sentence.

Joseph F. DeFelice, Kew Gardens, N.Y., for appellant.

Kathleen M. Rice, District Attorney, Mineola, N.Y. (Judith R. Sternberg of counsel; Craig T. Lutterbein on the brief), for respondent.

ROBERT A. SPOLZINO, J.P., FRED T. SANTUCCI, HOWARD MILLER, THOMAS A. DICKERSON, RANDALL T. ENG, JJ.

Before: Spolzino, J.P., Santucci, Miller, Dickerson and Eng, JJ.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.

We have reviewed the record and agree with the defendant's assigned counsel that there are no nonfrivolous issues which could be raised on appeal.
