Defendant having moved pursuant to CPL 460.30 to extend the time to take an appeal from a judgment of Supreme Court, Monroe County rendered May 9, 2014,

Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Matthew J. Rich, Esq. dated July 8, 2014, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the notice of appeal served upon the Monroe County District Attorney's Office on May 9, 2014 and filed at the Monroe County Clerk's Office on June 16, 2014 is hereby deemed timely served and filed.
