Respondent-appellant having moved for an order dismissing the appeal from the order of the Family Court, New York County, entered on or about May 16, 2017, and relieving Lewis S. Calderon, Esq., of his appellate assignment in connection with the aforesaid appeal (M-3908), Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and the stipulation of the parties, dated June 14, 2018, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted, the appeal is deemed withdrawn in accordance with the aforesaid stipulation, and Lewis S. Calderon, Esq., is relieved of his assignment as respondent-appellant's counsel.
