Randolph Mach, Appellant v. Betty Ann Mach, Appellee

FROM THE COUNTY COURT AT LAW OF BASTROP COUNTY, NO. 15-17321, HONORABLE BENTON ESKEW, JUDGE PRESIDING MEMORANDUM OPINION

On October 11, 2016, Appellant Randolph Mach filed a notice of appeal from an order of the trial court denying his motion for new trial. On December 8, 2016, this Court requested appellant to inform the Court regarding the basis on which the Court may exercise jurisdiction over this appeal. Appellant was given the deadline of December 19, 2016 to answer the Court's inquiry. The Court further informed appellant that failure to comply could result in the dismissal of this appeal. As of this date, the Court has received no response from appellant. Because appellant has failed to comply with a notice from the clerk requiring a response within a specified time, we dismiss this appeal.
