CIVIL ACTION 02-1721, SECTION: B(1).

February 13, 2003

FINAL JUDGMENT

The Court granted the defendant's Motion for Summary Judgment. (Rec. Doc. No. 5) Entry of a final judgment is proper because the February 12, 2003 order dismissed all claims in the present action. Accordingly, for the reasons provided in this Court's February 12, 2003 opinion,

IT IS ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that there be judgment in favor of Defendant Internal Revenue Service and against Plaintiff Michael B. Loze, dismissing with prejudice his claims against the defendant, each party to bear its own costs.
