PRESENT: , P. J., SMITH, CENTRA, FAHEY, AND PERADOTTO, JJ.

Respondent and the Attorney for the Children having moved for an extension of time to file and serve respondents' briefs on the appeal taken herein from an order of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Niagara on January 28, 2013,

Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Leonard G. Tilney, Jr., Esq., sworn to December 5, 2013, the affidavit of Laura A. Miskell, Esq., sworn to December 6, 2013, and the notices of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motions are granted on the condition that the briefs are filed and served on or before January 15, 2014, and the Clerk is directed to accept the brief for filing, and

It is further ORDERED that reply briefs, if any, shall be filed and served on or before January 30, 2014.
