In a stockholder's action, order denying motion of appellants to strike out portions of the complaint as irrelevant and for a severance affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements. The time of appellants to answer is extended for a period of ten days from date of service of a copy of the order to be entered hereon with notice of entry thereof. No opinion. Carswell, Acting P.J., Adel, Sneed, Wenzel and MacCrate, JJ., concur.
