This proceeding arises out of Cause No. 2011CR000560, styled State of Texas v. Jose A. Vergara, pending in the 406th Judicial District Court, Webb County, Texas.

On June 26, 2017, Relator filed a petition for writ of mandamus. This court has determined that we do not have jurisdiction over this petition. The petition is DISMISSED FOR LACK OF JURISDICTION. The court's opinion will issue at a later date.
