No. 05-06-01071-CV

Opinion issued August 17, 2006.

Original Proceeding from the 292nd Judicial District Court, Dallas County, Texas, Trial Court Cause No. F85-91339-NV.

Writ of Mandamus Denied.

Before Justices MORRIS, RICHTER, and MAZZANT.

Relator contends the trial court erred in denying his motion for a nunc pro tunc judgment awarding him 690 days of additional jail time credit. The facts and issues are well known to the parties, so we need not recount them here. Based on the record before us, we conclude relator has not shown he is entitled to the relief requested. See Tex.R.App.P. 52.7 and 52.8(a). Accordingly, we DENY relator's petition for writ of mandamus.
