CONSENT ORDER AND STIPULATION GRANTING PROVISIONAL DISCHARGE OF DEBTOR


Upon Consideration of the Complaint filed by the Trustee, the parties having reached an agreement, and good cause having been shown, it is by the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Maryland,

ORDERED that pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 727, and subject to the terms and conditions herein being satisfied, Michael I. Hirschman is granted a discharge, it is further, ORDERED, that the Trustee receive from the Debtor monies in the amount of Ten Thousand Dollars and 00/100 Cents ($10,000.00) for the estate's interest in the Debtor's non-exempt tax refund, and the Debtor shall provide complete documentation of his bills to prove the non-marital status, it is further,

ORDERED, that the Defendant/Debtor shall fully cooperate with the Trustee in seeking recovery of the assets of the estate including any assets to which the estate may be entitled as a result of the Debtor's ownership interest in Hirschman Warren, LLC, it is further,

ORDERED, that upon request of the Trustee, and no later than 10 days thereafter, the Debtor shall furnish any documentation necessary to recover such assets of the estate including the prosecution of the Trustee's potential claim against John Warren, and it is further,

ORDERED, that in the event the Debtor fails to comply with the terms of this Order, and the Trustee to having filed a Notice of Default after giving the debtor 10 days to cure, the Discharge of the Debtor shall be revoked.


I HEREBY CERTIFY that the terms of the Consent Motion submitted to the Court are identical to those set forth in the Original Consent Motion, and the signatures represented by the /s/ signatures on the copy submitted to the Court reference the signatures of the consenting parties obtained on the Original Consent Motion held by the undersigned Trustee.
