In re AMENDMENTS TO the FLORIDA RULES OF JUDICIAL ADMINISTRATION; The FLORIDA RULES OF CRIMINAL PROCEDURE; and the FLORIDA RULES OF APPELLATE PROCEDURE—CAPITAL POSTCONVICTION RULES.


Upon consideration of the “Motion to Correct Opinion,” filed on July 17, 2014, which has been treated as a motion for rehearing, the motion is hereby denied without prejudice to the Capital Postconviction Proceedings Subcommittee to file a proper petition proposing amendments to Rules of Criminal Procedure 3.112(f)(3) and 3.851(g)(2). LABARGA, C.J., and PARIENTE, QUINCE, CANADY, POLSTON, and PERRY, JJ., concur.
