STIPULATED ORDER RE: (1) OMNIBUS OBJECTIONS OF CREDITOR TRUSTEE TO CERTAIN EMPLOYEE CLAIMS (SET FIVE) AS TO CLAIMANT STEVEN K. HOUGHTON; (2) OBJECTION OF CREDITOR TRUSTEE TO ALLOWANCE OF ADMINISTRATIVE EXPENSE CLANS OF STEVEN K. HOUGHTON PURSUANT TO 11 U.S.C. § 503(b); AND (3) VACATING TRIAL


The parties, having resolved the Omnibus Objections of Creditor Trustee To Certain Employee Claims (Set Five) ("Omnibus Objection") with respect to the claim of Steven K. Houghton ("Claimant"), the Objection of Creditor Trustee to Allowence of Administrative Expense Claims of Steven K. Houghton Pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 503(B) ("Objection"), and good cause appearing therefor,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Omnibus Objection and the Objection are Sustained as set forth herein and the claims of Claimant are allowed as follows:

1. Claimaant shall have a priority unsecured claim in the total amount of $1,067.05;

2. Claimant shall have a non-priority unsecured claim in the total amount of $533.53; and

3. The Trial scheduled for May 29, 2002 at 9:30 a.m. is hereby vacated.
