ORDER

The Court REINSTATES the appeal.

On December 21, 2015, we ordered the trial court to make findings regarding why appellant's brief has not been filed. We ADOPT the findings that: (1) appellant desires to pursue the appeal; (2) appellant is indigent and represented by the Public Defender's Office; (3) Kathleen, the attorney to whom the case was assigned, resigned from the office before completing the brief; (4) the case was assigned to Nanette Hendrickson on December 29, 2015; and (5) Ms. Hendrickson asked for thirty days from the January 11, 2016 findings to file appellant's brief.

We ORDER appellant to file his brief by FEBRUARY 12, 2016.
