THE FLORIDA BAR, Complainant(s) v. Randall Albert WERRE, Respondent(s).


Opinion

The Court approves the uncontested referee's report and directs that respondent receive a public reprimand to be administered by the referee. Respondent shall pay restitution in the amounts of $1,500.00 to Taryn Cheer and $1,100.00 in fees and $50.00 in costs to Joan Mary Santos under the terms and conditions set forth in the report and the consent judgment. Respondent is further directed to comply with all other terms and conditions set forth in the report and consent judgment.

Judgment is entered for The Florida Bar, 651 East Jefferson Street, Tallahassee, Florida 32399–2300, for recovery of costs from Randall Albert Werre in the amount of $1,863.99, for which sum let execution issue.
