Upon submission of this case at oral arguments on this day, IT IS ORDERED that post-submission briefs should be filed containing authority and any applicable legislative history on what the meaning of "acquired" means as used in Section 152.102(b) of the Texas Business Organizations Code and how the statute it intersects acts with the inception of title doctrine.

It is FURTHER ORDERED that Appellant's post-submission brief is due no later than December 11, 2018 at 12:00 o'clock noon and that Appellees' post-submission brief is due no later than December 14, 2018 at 12:00 o'clock noon. Appellant may have until December 18, 2018 at 12:00 o'clock noon to file a reply to Appellees' post-submission brief, if desired.
