David Diaz DIAZ, Appellant v. The STATE of Texas, Appellee

From the 437th Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas
Trial Court No. 2014CR3519
Honorable Lori I. Valenzuela, Judge Presiding

ORDER

On October 19, 2015, we abated this appeal to the trial court for an abandonment hearing. See TEX. R. APP. P. 38.8(b)(2). On February 1, 2016, appellant's attorney filed appellant's brief. On February 2, 2016, a supplemental reporter's record of the abandonment hearing was filed. At the hearing, the trial court found that appellant was indigent and had not abandoned his appeal. We therefore REINSTATE this appeal on the docket of this court.
