Opinion issued July 28, 2011.

On Appeal from the 44th District Court Dallas County, Texas, Trial Court Cause No. 08-01095-B.

Before Chief Justice WRIGHT and Justices O'NEILL and LANG-MIERS.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

On June 29, 2011, this Court informed appellants that the district clerk's office had notified us that clerk's record had not been filed because appellants had not paid the clerk's fee. We directed appellants to provide this Court within ten days with written verification that appellants had paid the clerk's fee or written documentation that appellants are entitled to proceed without payment of costs. We told appellant that if the Court did not receive the required documentation within the time specified, the Court may dismiss the appeal for want of jurisdiction. Since then, appellants have not communicated with the Court, and the clerk's record has not been filed. Accordingly, we dismiss this appeal for want of prosecution. See Tex. R. App. P. 37.3(b)
